Who is responsible

This website is operated by Abrar Ayman, an independent UI/UX and visual designer based in Kochi, Kerala, India. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to hello@abrarayman.com.

Information handled

The site may handle information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, phone number, client location, project requirements, services of interest, budget, timing, and the content of messages you send.

Basic technical information may also be processed when the site is delivered, such as IP address, browser and device information, request time, and security or diagnostic data. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics records usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type, referral source, scrolling, outbound clicks, and selected portfolio interactions. Microsoft Clarity records interactions such as clicks, scrolling, and page movement to produce heatmaps and session replays. Contact-form details and Aym’s Agent conversations are masked from Clarity recordings.

How information is collected

• Contact page: when you submit the form, the details you provide are sent securely through the site and delivered to Abrar Ayman by email.
• Aym’s Agent: questions and recent conversation context are sent to the site’s AI service to produce a response. If you explicitly confirm an enquiry, the details you provided are emailed to Abrar Ayman.
• Site delivery: limited technical data may be processed automatically for hosting, reliability, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.

Why information is used

Information is used to answer questions, respond to project enquiries, prepare for possible collaborations, operate and secure the website, diagnose failures, and meet applicable legal obligations. It is not sold or used for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Service providers

Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the site: Cloudflare for hosting, delivery, and security; Google Analytics for consent-based audience and interaction measurement; Microsoft Clarity for consent-based heatmaps and session recordings; OpenAI for Aym’s Agent responses; and Resend for delivering an enquiry after you explicitly ask for it to be sent. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Browser storage and cookies

The site uses session storage to preserve temporary interface and Aym’s Agent conversation state. It stores your analytics choice locally. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only after you select “Allow analytics.” They may then use first-party identifiers to distinguish visits and measure site use. Advertising storage and advertising personalisation remain disabled. You can withdraw consent at any time or clear stored site data in your browser.

Retention and security

Conversation state stored in your browser is temporary. Enquiries received by email may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, discuss a project, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or comply with law. Service providers may retain limited data according to their policies and configured service requirements.

Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may ask what personal data is held about you, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or raise a grievance. You may also choose not to use Aym’s Agent and contact Abrar directly by email.

International processing

Some service providers may process information outside India. Where this occurs, information is handled subject to applicable law and the provider’s contractual and security safeguards.
